To start High Plains would like to welcome La Cumbre Brewing Co. to the Tap House for the first time! For their inaugural visit, we have chosen their GABF Gold Medal IPA - Elevated to tickle your taste buds....
We also have another brand new to the Tap House IPA, the Amputator from Butcherknife Brewing Company.
If that isn't enough IPA for you... that's good, because we brought the In Session IPA from Declaration Brewing in for the easy drinking, patio pounding Session IPA to round out the new IPAs.
Some old favorites are back as well the Sea Dog Brewing Company's Blueberry wheat is back on tap. Always a favorite in the hot weather. We also brought the Tap House's all time favorite Cream Ale back from Platt Park Brewing Company the Madagascar Dream! Need some more light beer in your life? Then get in for the Watermelon Ginger Hefe from Chain Reaction Brewing Company! This one is fantastic all around and will not last long so get in and get yours today. We also have Epic Brewing Company's Wit on tap for those easy drinking kind of days.
For those that like a bigger beer, we have the 10% Tripel - the Triple Lindy from Locavore Beer Works. Big body with huge flavors! I'd tap that.

ShareThis
Welcome to the High Plains Tap House Email List!

High Plains sends out and email every week or two to let you know about specials, new beers, events, etc.  If you don't want to receive these updates please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this email.

This will be an exciting weekend at High Plains.  We have a bunch of new beers for you and Live Music Saturday night at 7pm with Shelly Rollison.  Shelly is a Denver-based independent artist.  Shelly Rollison’s music and voice have drawn comparisons to artists such as Norah Jones, Colbie Caillat, and Billie Holiday. While her guitar styling's lend to an acoustic/folk feel, her voice draws on soul and jazz roots as well, a genre Rollison admits she more naturally gravitates to when it comes to vocals. She is currently working on her first full length album.

Live Music at High Plains is always No Cover, 21 and Up, and first come first served (no reservations) and we turn people away when we hit capacity, so be sure to get in early to get your seat.

High Plains Tap House also has a bunch of new beers for you this weekend:
Dry Dock's Sour Apricot Blonde
Odell's Splice Session Session IPA
Odell's St. Lupulin
North Coast's Brother Theolonius
Ska's Mandarina IPA
Deschutes' Pine Drop IPA
Mix those together with all of our other great beers on tap and you have the makings for a really good time!

Thanks for following!  Hopefully we see you this weekend down at the Tap House. posted: May 12, 2016

Monkey Party!

ShareThis

It is almost Monkey Party Time!
High Plains Tap House is throwing a Monkey themed party this Tomorrow, April 16th, from 6 to 8pm.

Left Hand Brewing Company has chosen to discontinue one of our favorite English style IPAs, the 400lb Monkey. We had to do a lot of digging, pleading and begging but we were able to procure the last 400lb Monkey keg EVER!

To give this amazing beer the proper send off, High Plains is breaking out its collection of Spiegelau IPA Glasses. Each pint of this almost extinct beer is $7, or if you would like, for $10 you can get a 19oz pour in an IPA glass and then take the glass with you! WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

And that's not all! The best monkey costume, t-shirt, stuffed animal, tattoo or overall theme will win a $100 house tab! Second place will walk with a $50 house tab. A live monkey is an automatic winner!

If that isn't enough, High Plains Tap House is also one of the first places to tap the Extrovert, Left Hand's new IPA. So you can taste the old with the new.

So get in and celebrate this VERY LAST keg of 400lb Monkey and get ready to PARTY like a Monkey!
